During my career as a planner, manager and merchant, I realized many companies were struggling with the planning process trying to cut and paste many spreadsheets into one, and then watching their systems lock-up and crash because of the overwhelming data. This results in wasted time and productivity. I also noticed that with most ERP’s, sales analysis, forecasting and planning were often not the priority of the system.
That is why I developed the Sales Analysis & Forecasting Tool©. I realized there was a tremendous need for an accurate, efficient, comprehensive tool. I created a stand-alone software application that can be used with the company’s current system or in conjunction with an ERP. It utilizes a database platform which defines the forecasting process and thus reduces start-up time and cost. Integration to “go-live” is about 6-8 weeks, the low-barrier-to-entry cost is all inclusive with installation, user seats and on-site training.
I’ve spent my extensive career pursuing my passion for user experience and quality. I focus on shipping great software on-time that delights and excites customers. My expertise dates back to the time-sensitive launch of the now ubiquitous application, Pandora. My various business and product successes in addition to Pandora have allowed me to do what I love most: align the interests of the business with the interests of the customers.
My technical savvy is now hard at work for [basic-code]™. Here, I am improving the [basic-code]™ forecasting tool and plotting out the company’s next-gen technology vision. Together we will deliver top solutions for businesses across all industries at every KPI.

I offer a 20+ year career in driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability and delivering optimal customer service through expert leadership in workflow optimization, cost control, budget management, staff development and quality service. Through my strong business and financial acumen, I have been able to deliver best-in-class results in revenue, market share, and profitability for some of the largest retail/consumer goods organizations ranging from $50M to $4B in revenues. I have led the development of multiple planning teams focused on driving inventory efficiency and accurate sales planning. My expertise and passion is in improving Omni-channel operations to ensure that the right product is available when, where, and how the customer chooses to buy.
